Perma-Grit Hand Sanding Block SB560
Perma-Grit SB560 is a very versatile sanding block. It is also known as a Wing Block. Course UK 180 Grit on one side and Fine UK 320 Grit on the opposite side. The Block length is approx. 560mm x 52mm. It is perfect for sanding leading and trailing edges, wing dihedrals. Block sand large areas. Neck dressing of guitars and other musical instruments.
The Block is extruded aluminium, which is then anodized so that it is clean to work with. The block is light and easy to use. All of our flat blocks will sand a perfect 90 degree angle, when laid on there edge. The cutting face is Perma Grit tungsten carbide gritted sheets, which are held in place with industrial strength, very thin double sided tape.
