P-47 Thunderbolt 1/6 Short Kit by Ziroli
This is the Short kit for the Ziroli 1/6th scale P-47 Thunderbolt 70 inch wingspan. This short kit consists of a complete set of laser cut balsa and plywood formers and ribs as laid out on the plans which will enable to construction of this model. The P-47 Thunderbolt features a one piece wing and the basic structures use conventional “modeling” tools and materials such as balsa and plywood, and the techniques are straightforward; easily accomplished by anyone with previous model building experience.

The massive P-47 Thunderbolt, or "JUG" as it was affectionately known, was one of the largest fighters in WWII. It gained the reputation for being able to take a tremendous amount of punishment and still make it home.
