L-39 Albatros Short Kit 1:3.5 by Custom Wings
The L-39 Albatross is one of those classic Jets with its unmestakable lines and always a great flier. The Custom Wings Giant Scale L-39 will certainly impress. This L-39 is 1/3.5 scale. It is designed for a turbine between 160-220N. Fittingly is it based on the smalled L-39 which is a proven great flyer over a very long period of time. Of course the internal structure is completely new and has been specifically designed for a model of this size. The model can be broken down into more managable parts to allow easy transport and storage. The construction is aimed for more experienced modellers however the logical sequence and design of this model allows easy construction. The parts are not interchangable despute their large number meaning its very hard to build it wrong. The cockpit, pilots and chassis can be easily added to give the model a truely scale feel.

This laser cut short kit of the 1:3.5 L-39 contains a large amount of laser cut parts. There is a total of 23 sheets of 1200x600mm sheets used in this kit. 15 light ply sheets and 8 Birch ply sheets are used to make the formers of this amazing aircraft. This gives an idea of the size and complexity of this model.
