Kawasaki Ki-45 “Nick” Short Kit by David Anderson
David Anderson has done it again with his exact 1/5th Scale Kawasaki Ki-45 Toryu, code named by the Allies as “Nick” this model is suitable for R/C competition, a museum static display and/or everyday enjoyment at your R/C flying field! This short kit consists of a complete set of laser cut balsa and plywood formers and ribs which will enable to construction of this model. A variety of unique Scale Paint Schemes were documented that allows you to build a one of a kind aircraft for yourself! David's 1/5th Scale design is an excellent flyer with stable flight and landing characteristics. The aircraft can be powered by two 50cc gas motors but many fliers have also built this model with the equivalent electric motors.
