Kavan FS91AR is a high quality four-stroke aircraft glow engine .91 (15 cc) with twin-needle RC carburetor. Power 1.3 kW at 10,500 rpm. Weight with muffler 640 g.

KAVAN FS-91AR is a four-stroke engine with a glow plug of classic ringed design, ideal especially for scale model aircraft. It is equipped with a twin-needle RC carburetor with a choke; the set also includes a muffler.
The crankshaft has an UNF 5/16-24 propeller nut/bolt thread. A special safety propeller lock nut is supplied with the engine.
 
Recommended propeller:
Running-in: 13×8"
Sportster & Aerobatic:  12×10", 12×11"
Scale: 15×6", 16×6"
 
Recommended fuel tank: 350–400 ml.
 
Recommended fuel: KAVAN 4T Air 5 % nitro for running-in and regular flying; after the motor has been broken-in, you can switch to KAVAN 4T Air 10 % or 15 % nitro. Castor oil-based fuels should contain at least 18 % of castor oil (or castor/synthetic oil blend) and 5–15 % nitromethane. (Although KAVAN four-strokes can also run well on straight (no nitro) fuel, we recommend using fuel with at least a small nitromethane content –the engine operation is then highly reliable, and carburetor adjustment is easier and less sensitive to temperature changes and other environmental influences.)
