Chipmunk DHC-1 Short Kit byYRM Rustikus
This is the Short kit for the YRM Rustikus 1/4 scale Chipmonk DHC-1. This short kit consists of a complete set of laser cut balsa and plywood formers and ribs as laid out on the plans which will enable the construction of this amazing model.
The giant scale Chipmonk is 1/4 scale and is designed with a two piece wing that join at the fairing and a one piece fuselage. This is a very scale Chipmonk model and has been redesigned to incorporate many model building methods. The basic structures use conventional “modeling” tools and materials such as balsa and plywood, and the techniques used make the construction of this model extremely simple.
Composite cowls and canopy is being constructed inhouse at HOLK RC and will be available soon. Composite cowl and canopy if currently availavle from Phil Clark Models in the UK. HOLK RC is the exclusive Australian agent for all YRM models.
