Beechcraft D-18/C-45 Short Kit by Ziroli

The Ziroli giant scale Beech D-18/C-45 is 1/5 scale and has a wingspan of 114inches. This item is the short kit for this fantastic model. It includes all of the balsawood and plywood ribs and formers as laid out in the plan set.  This model requires that the builder has scratch building experience.
 
The D-18/C-45 plan shows the installation of Robart retracts, fixed wire gear, servos and Zenoah G-38 engines and features three piece wing.  
 
The Beech C-45 Expeditor is the military version of the D-18. Both aircraft were used primarily in the light transport role but some were slightly modified for navigator and bombardier training needs.
