33% Kirby Kite T.6/T.23 Short Kit by Jilles Smits
This is the short kit for the 33% Jilles Smits Kirby Kite T.6/T.23. The short kit includes all balsa and plywood as shown on the plans. As with all of Jilles Smits designs this model is extremely easy to build and flies amazingly well. At 1/3 scale the Kite has a wingspan of 4.72 Mtrs.
The airfoil section used is HQ3.5/16 at the root and HQ3.5/12 at the tip. This model captures the superb lines of this wonderful glider perfectly. A great addition to any modeller’s hanger.
